An interesting find! - 31 December 2014

A pair of leather canisters originally intended to house shell cartridges from a BL 6inch gun. Early 1900’s.

Would be fabulous to store large rolled up documents or artworks!

This time of the year is always a little crazy, a lot chaotic and heaps of fun in the retail world. And just when things are really hitting fever pitch, Christmas comes around and we get to spend two glorious days celebrating with family, friends and loved ones and we recharge our batteries a tiny little bit before the next wave of busyness hits us.
We have done it. It was fabulous and we will be back in the shop tomorrow and are so excited to see you all!
We also have a few new items that have just come in. As always, to be fair to all our customers, we do not reserve items, but sell them on a first come, first serve basis. We are open tomorrow. It has been a busy and exciting year for us here at Vamp.
Our own range of furniture has grown in leaps and bounds and, as always, the demand almost always outweighs the supply for our revamped furniture - a quality problem to have ;)
And it’s all thanks to you, our wonderful customers! We promise we will continue pulling out all stops to find you new and exciting treasures in 2015!
