This
is a very special piece. An antique folding ladder bought from a reputable
dealer that bought it from someone else, that claims its provenance is from the
national library in Paris! Which makes perfect sense as it has BN Paris
(Bibliotheque Nationale Paris) stencilled onto it and totally looks and feels
the part. It’s a very beautiful, very special piece!

Another
INCREDIBLE piece of furniture! An original Teak Spade Chair designed by Finn
Juhl in 1954 and manufactured by Frans and Son, Denmark. This chair is in
superb original condition and bears the gold manufacturers stamp on the underside..
The cushions are obviously not original and can easily be replaced. They would
look incredible covered in leather! Finn Juhl was one of the greatest masters of mid - 20th century Danish design and my absolute
without a doubt favourite!
