When I
first spotted this handsome pair of light pendants (only one shown, they are
identical), I thought they were a 70’s re-interpretation of Gino Sarfatti’s
original Sputnik light. On closer inspection I realised that they were much more
modern and after a bit or research saw that they presently sell for approximately
R4500 at various specialist lighting suppliers including the bulbs (PF48 Chandelier 12v - Astro 48-light + transformer)
They
are extremely heavy, so would need a ceiling that could support their weight
and would need to be professionally installed. Local delivery only due to
weight and packaging constraints.
They
have been checked and are in working order with light bulbs. Replacement light
bulbs are readily available.
