Our last post mentioned a competition we were running to celebrate our re-branding. Thanks to all of you that entered and said so many lovely things, it means the world to us! We wrote down all the names of people that commented on and shared our Facebook and Instagram competition posts and picked one out of a hat (well, a Guzzini ice-bucket, actually) And...ta-da, Traci Kwaai you are the winner! A solid Imbuia mid-century sideboard designed and manufactured by EE Meyer for Binnehuis (SA). An outstanding piece of furniture, beautifully designed and impeccably crafted.

Large antique Mortar and Pestle. Made from Yellowwood and carved from a single piece of wood with a beautiful patina and expected wear from a century of use. A fabulous find!
