A 1950’s designed Danish staved Teak ‘Congo’ ice bucket. Reminiscent of the shape of a Viking ship and one of renowned Danish designer Jens Quistgaard most famous pieces for Dansk. The vessel bears the stamp DANSK designs, Denmark, IHQ at the bottom. The black inner lining is sadly split in places, but it is beautiful as a decorative Danish Teak piece (or to store something other than ice!).
Diameter – 23cm | Height – 48cm

We came across a teak box previously belonging to a wall unit. But a box is no good on its own so we made a little shelving system to keep it company!
Length – 111cm | Depth – 30cm | Height – 179cm

An antique Teak felt lined wooden cutlery box with 2 drawers and a lift up lid. The felt is fairly worn inside, but still totally useable.

I am 99 % sure that this is one of the variations by renowned designer Colombo Sanguineti of his Chiavari chairs. Made with faux bamboo wood and a rattan seat. A beautiful, light weight, delicate chair. Circa 1950’s
