    The ice bucket looks amazing. I tried to contact you, but neither did I get any response from the mail nor did anyone attend my call. Kindly tell me where am I suppose to buy this bucket?

    Hi here.
    So sorry about that, I am really not sure why. We did not receive any email from you and our phones are manned during office hours with an answering machine if we are busy on the line.
    You would purchase the ice bucket from our store as indicated on the post, but this item has unfortunately already been sold. I do apologise for the hassle you seemed to have.
