This weeks new vintage furniture stock - 26 August 2016

We have been hunting high and low to find you some treasures. Some weeks are harder than others as great stock seems to get scarcer and scarcer by the day. I think we did good though and I hope you do too.

4 x contemporary red stacking polypropylene Easy Chairs designed by Jerszy Seymour for Magis (Italy) circa 2004. These do have some surface scratches and are a faded in parts as they are not new, but are in overall good condition.
Height of seat – 43cm | Height of back – 74cm | Width -58.5cm | Depth – 56cm

A Black Kartell ABS plastic coat stand. This is a pretty rare piece and although stamped Kartell Italy on the underside of the base, I can’t seem to find the exact one anywhere to ascertain who the actual designer was.

The closest I can find to it is a rare 1960’s model designed by group BBPR (Gianluigi Banfi, Lodovico Barbiano di Belgiojoso, Enrico Peressutti and Ernesto Nathan Rogers) for Kartell which is for sale on 1^st Dibs for 1444.93 US DOLLARS! This coat stand has a few minor surface scratches but is in very good vintage condition.

Beautiful Mid Century ceramic lamp. Minor peeling in parts, but overall good vintage condition

A vintage marble and gilded cast metal half-moon hall table. The heavy top sits on the base. There is a makers mark on the coffee table which is from the same set (see further down) that says “Joao, Antonio & Afonso Moucheira (Irmaos Moucheira) , L.da. Pero Pinheiro. MADE IN PORTUGAL.”

 A vintage marble and gilded cast metal oval coffee table. There is a label on underside  that says “Joao, Antonio & Afonso Moucheira (Irmaos Moucheira) , L.da. Pero Pinheiro. MADE IN PORTUGAL.”

2 x vintage metal folding chairs. Please note that we loved the vintage look of these chairs so have kept them in their original condition which means that they are scuffed and marked and have light rust here and there, in keeping with their age.

A round vintage glass and Perspex coffee table. The Perspex legs can be repositioned any way you would like them to be as they are two parts. There is a very small chip on the edge of the glass – not really noticeable.
